Every order is packed by hand, here at the studio, with a lot of care. We ship within 3 business days of your purchase, Monday through Friday, holidays aside. Order over the weekend? We will start on it first thing Monday morning. During launches, league season, and the happy chaos of the holidays, we may need a day or two more, and we will always tell you at checkout if that is the case.
How it travels
We ship across the United States with UPS. Once your package leaves our hands, it usually arrives in 3 to 7 business days, depending on where you are and the service you choose. Those timelines come from the carrier, so think of them as a lovely estimate rather than a promise.

Following along
You will hear from us twice: once when your order comes in, and again the moment it ships, tracking number included. Give it about 24 hours to start moving, and then feel free to refresh as often as you like. We do.

Certain pieces in our curated retail boutique live at the studio and can only be purchased in store. You will see a note on the product page. Consider it a reason to come see us.

Please give your shipping address a second look before you check out. We cannot chase down a package sent to the wrong door, but if you catch it quickly, email

If something goes sideways
Once your package is with the carrier, it is out of our hands, though never out of our hearts. If tracking says delivered and your box is nowhere to be found, check with your household and neighbors first, then file a claim with the carrier. And if anything arrives less than perfect, email
shop@maisonmccall.com within 7 days with a photo or two of the box and the item. We will make it right.
